The year I started this blog was 2012. The information below references that timeline. I am currently on my 7th visit to Liberia.

My name is Robin Newlin.  I am a 48 year old man who is about to embark on my first mission trip.  I will be going with my church, Country Bible Church of Wallace, MI, to Liberia, Africa.  You can read more about this trip by reading my blog.

My background is that I was blessed to grow up in a Christian home and by the grace of God I have experienced my salvation in Jesus Christ.  I am married to a wonderful woman and together we have raised 5 great children (of course we think they are great).

May my words be but a reflection of God’s grace in my life as I try to share the experience of a mission trip from the planning-to-going-to-returning-to-continued support of the people we meet.
